The time has arrived for me and my hands to have a much needed career break.

I just want to thank every client I have had the honour of helping this last year.
From sports massage to somatic healing and everything in between it has been a pleasure to work with you all.

Thank you to other working professionals for all your support, guidance and energy that have helped me along the way from photography, referalls, collabs and workshops it has been magical working with you all.

Thank you to my friends & loved ones for your continued support and encouragement. Without you I wouldn't have believed in myself.

And lastly, something I find hard to do, thank you to myself. For making it through the hard times, for growing and for the awareness of this transition that was needed.

Looking forward to transitioning into massage teacher & mentor and I welcome a fresh new chapter of my career.

A lot of lower back and hip complaints clustered together in such a short time!

And what's interesting?
Almost every client with these symptoms has also spoken about uncertainty, fear, or major life shifts.

The body and nervous system do not exist in isolation from the world around us.

When safety feels shaken - even subtly - the pelvis often braces.

This isn't always weakness. It's intelligence.

Whether you view it through a physiological lens, an emotional one, or even and energetic one - the message is similar.

Your foundation is asking for attention.

If this resonates, take it as a sign to move gently, breathe deeply, and support your system.

Time to unwind what the body is holding.

Your treatment therapist does not care if you haven't shaved your legs.

We don't care if you haven't painted your toe nails.

We don't care if you haven't even brushed your hair today.

Women have been suppressed, told what to look like, act like, talk like for too long. You are beautiful as you are. Full stop.

In whatever shape or form.

The love for yourself should be unconditional. Which I know too well is really hard.

But how you show up and talk about yourself matters. Never apologise or explain how your body looks to someone. It dims your energy ✨️

We accept you completely 🫶

You are enough, just as you are.

I am a chronic jaw clencher, in the day and during sleep 🫠 this is my body communicating to me there is too much stress being stored in the tissues.

So we listen, tap in and use the power of our own healing touch to guide it to release.

You can do this once a day and only takes a few minutes. Let me know if you feel the change.

1. If you work at a desk all day and have a bad neck, back, shoulders and can't figure out why you are aching all the time..... it's your job. You are not meant to sit down all day. Sorry not sorry but you have to accept that and then take accountability for your health by taking breaks, stretching and mobilising. You need to counteract the damage it does to your body.

2. If you do not drink any water your tissues and fascia are dehydrated. It is essential. Not recommended. Essential to your health. Your tissues and fascia need hydration daily. Through water, minerals and movement. End of.

3. If you do not regulate your nervous system or manage your stress responses you will be tight, stiff and achy. Your short and shallow breath signals to your fascia to brace for danger. This over long periods of time create hardened and dehydrated fascia leading to movement restrictions, constant aches and pains and ultimately feeling trapped in your body. Learn how to breathe, regulate and get connected to your body.

On Saturday 24th Jan between 10-2 I will have a set up at Snap Fitness Cross Hands 4th birthday celebrations.

I will have a massage table, with some equipment to help you with any aches, pains or niggles that may be impacting your performance in the gym. Or any mobility issues you are seeking advice and support with then come and ask and I will be happy to help 😊

I will be offering little fascia scraping and cupping taster sessions on a walk up basis.

Thank you for your patience with me taking some time to rest and rehab my back.

A few updates to be aware of:

⭐All sports therapy, pain, injuries or specific issues with fascia, mobility or tightness should be booked in under bodywork massage therapy. If you want just wellness and relaxation massage that will be booked under holistic relaxing.

⭐Increase in prices of services available.

⭐We now have the wonderful working from the Divine Studio on Friday afternoons and Saturdays. Providing holistic massage, non surgical facelift, reflexology and Pilates. Appointments can be made separately with Jas for these services.

I am currently updating paperwork, offers and services so there will be a growth period from now building up to the spring equinox ✨

Looking forward to getting back to what I do best💆‍♂️💆‍♀️
