I chose not to record a ride yesterday as I wasn’t feeling 100%. Not a decision I really thought about. Then post ride I thought, why? It didn’t matter. I’ve had clients say the same too. We are constantly monitoring ourselves, looking at our stats. Is this actually healthy? Our bodies behave differently every day and our efforts are still valid whether they are our best or just good enough on the day ❤️

Just breathe. Simple no? Functional movement patterns require natural breath patterns to fully integrate them into your nervous system. This can be achieved by slowing everything down and Me shouting BREATHE at you 😂😂😂
