Last day of May…

Some of my journaling group and I have chosen kindness as our word for June. There’s something powerful about a shared intention — I believe we’ll feel this one. Every day, we’ll remind each other what kindness truly looks and feels like.

If you’d like to join us, remember this:
Kindness only becomes real when it flows through you first — inward, then outward. It’s a living energy, and when it’s true, it always finds its way back to you.

Anything else? That’s just people-pleasing.
And people-pleasing slowly hollows you out.

So, as we stand on the edge of a new month, take a moment. Ask May to carry what’s become too heavy. She’s good at that, if you let her.

Step into June a little lighter. She’s waiting at the door with open arms.

Now meet her there.
Speak clearly.
Set your intention.
