Having three young, energetic and awesome boys, running a business and completing my PGCE Primary would just not be possible without the love and support from my family, friends and my amazing clients. I can’t thank you all enough for being so flexible.

Today it was a girl power kind of morning! Bec’s back has improved so she absolutely bossed her fitness test! Jade, well what can I say! I’m so proud of you girl!! Second fitness test completed and a 1RM deadlift of 75 whopping kilos! You girl are insane πŸ’ͺ🏾πŸ’ͺ🏾πŸ’ͺ🏾
