The last Sunday of the month we have a Soundbath with Restorative Yoga, it’s a way to totally relax and reset. Everyone is welcome, members can use one of their weekly passes to book and then just pay £10 as a little member perk, non members can buy a pass for £20 and use that to book. Please note; you need to give at least 24 hours notice for cancellation of this event, not the usual 12 hours for normal classes 💖🙏

So excited to get back in the mat this week teaching pilates and Mobility yoga

This week in Mobility Yoga
The focus is Sciatica

If you have never attended a yoga class before here's some tips for joining up

What do I wear?
Leggings and t shirt/vest top
We practice in our bare feet
Nothing fancy just comfy

What do I bring?
Yoga mat if you have one
Don't worry if you don't the studio has lots 🥰
Bottle of water

I'm a bit anxious about walking in for the first time.
Don't worry I'm setting up 30 minutes before class arrive 15/20 minutes early if you like and make yourself familiar with the studio

Classes are £12
Or a 6 week block is £60
We do have a booking system but if you want to come along and pay cash until you get the hang of the app that's no problem we are here to help.

Timetable for the coming week, next week Moira’s classes will be back on the schedule too, we are all looking forward to that. The beginners course kicks off next week too, it’s almost full just in case you have been waiting to book. Let me know if you have any questions at all. I know the messaging online is start the new year strong, but easing back in sometimes works better… consistency beats intensity every time. There is plenty happening in the studio this month, as well as scheduled courses, brunch and a Sound-bath; I’m also lucky enough to get to host the Cross Rangers All Stars twice in January 🤩 At the end of the month I have the Silverbridge Harps Ladies coming in for a hot chocolate & yoga event. It’s all go and I am so appreciative.
