🐎Client notice🐎

Good evening to all my lovely clients, I hope you and all your four legged friends are keeping well.

In July I will be returning to work from my very busy maternity leave 🏡 🤱👰‍♀️ ☺️ and I can’t wait to see you all again. My diary is now open for horse bookings but space will be limited so please book early.

Unfortunately as the price of fuel and bills have increased so much I have had to increase my prices a little so please enquire what the new price will be for your area upon booking.

I’m looking forward to seeing you all soon and hearing what you have been up-to 😃

***Update on appointments ***

Hi everyone I hope you are all keeping well and safe💕. I have had a lot of people contacting me this week regarding appointments. Just a little reminder that unfortunately as we are still in a lockdown situation all therapist have been asked to cancel all upcoming appointments unless they are deemed as an emergency and treatment has been recommend/advised by a vet (I will need a letter that states this for my records).

However as I hope you will all know I am as always here at the end of the phone if you are in need of any help/advice and I will do my very best to help where I can.

I am currently adding everyone to my list to contact once the restrictions have lifted. I feel it is only fair that people’s appointments I have had to cancel will have priority once I am able to treat again and then I will work through everyone that has contacted me as efficiently as I can. My list is every growing and I do please ask that once I am able to start treating again for people to please be kind and understand I have a back log to work through and although I will try my very best as always to get to you as soon as possible I unfortunately only have one set of hands ☺️.

I am missing all your beautiful fur babies big and small, and can’t wait to get back to my wonderful job as soon as possible. I hope to see you all in the not so distant future but for now take care and stay safe. Love Chloe x

Covid-19

Today was meant to be my first day back but as many of you will know unfortunately following government guidelines I am postponing all appointments.

I have and will be contacting everyone individually and all appointments that have been cancelled will have priority when restrictions have lifted. I hope everyone is keeping safe and well. If you have any worries or concerns about any of your 4 legged friends I am always here to help and give advice where I can please don’t hesitate to call or message me. Please keep me updated with all your beautiful fur babies 💕

COVID-19 🐴

Hi everyone I hope you are keeping well in this worrying time. I’m sure you are all getting a little tired of these posts by now but I would like to keep everyone informed. For the time being I am continuing with appointments as we are in an outdoor and well ventilated environment, I wear gloves with my job as standard practice and I am hand sanitising and washing my hands religiously!

I would like people to please be honest with me when booking an appointment and if you have any symptoms, are self isolating (due to illness or because you are in an at risk group) or you have just come back from holiday please inform me before your appointment, if you need to cancel/rearrange your appointment I will fully understand, please where possible give me as much notice as possible. Alternatively if your horse is well behaved and I have treated them before I may be happy to carry out the treatment alone, but you must organise this with me prior to your visit please!

If you are fit and well and you are attending your horses appointment we will follow the governments guidelines for social distancing to keep us both safe. Thank you too everyone for your continued support ❤️
