We’ve had the most amazing time celebrating Staff Appreciation Week here at Heatherview! 🧡

Our wonderful Manager, Sadie, has truly gone above and beyond to make us all feel valued and appreciated. From breakfast baps,delicious sweet treats, to thoughtful handwritten cards for each and every one of us, it’s been such a special week.

We’ve enjoyed pizza lunches 🍕, shared positive messages within our teams, and rounded it all off with a fantastic staff BBQ this afternoon 😊

Working for Care UK really doesn’t feel like a job most days – we feel incredibly lucky to be part of such a caring and supportive team.

A huge thank you to Sadie and Care UK for making this week so memorable – we appreciate you just as much! 🙏🏻🧡

Aleena is always there with a warm smile, bringing reassurance, calmness and professionalism throughout the night. Her understanding and helpful nature make such a difference.

We were very lucky to be invited to Beechenwood Farm this afternoon to meet all their lovely animals! 🐑🐴

From holding adorable baby lambs to petting their beautiful horses, to admiring the very handsome peacocks! It truly was a wonderful experience. The peaceful surroundings created such a calming and relaxing atmosphere—so therapeutic for everyone involved.

The ladies and the lifestyle team thoroughly enjoyed every moment! We rounded off our lovely trip with a scenic drive over Ashdown Forest, taking in the breathtaking views, and finished perfectly with a warm hot drink. ☕️😊

A day full of smiles, fresh air, and special memories! 💚

What a wonderful morning we’ve had with a visit from the marvellous DSES! 🎶 Dementia Singing Experience, Sussex
We laughed together, sang together, and had such a fantastic time playing ball games!

Music truly does lift the spirits and bring joy to the soul — and today was the perfect reminder of that! 💛

We enjoyed a lovely lunch, and the residents had a fantastic afternoon—especially watching the 1st Team play an incredible game! 🏉

We were visited by the lovely Roger, and what a fantastic time we all had! 💃🕺

We had a fabulous trip to our local garden centre 🌿🌸

As part of our plans to create a beautiful sensory garden, the residents played a big role in choosing the perfect plants to benefit everyone. It was wonderful to see their enthusiasm and thoughtful choices!

We rounded off the visit with a lovely coffee in the café ☕️—a perfect ending to a truly enjoyable outing.

We’re so excited to start to bring our sensory garden to life! 💚
