We offer a range of treatments including full sports injury assessment, electrotherapy, prehabilitaion (prevention of injury), rehabilitation following an injury, sports massage and tailored treatment / training programmes. As well as offering a mobile strength and conditioning service to sports clubs, where we will come and take sessions at your club. As the European Karate Championships come to a close, I want to congratulate Rochelle on a well deserved Silver Medal. She has worked incredibly hard over the past 12months to achieve this goal. It really was a proud moment seeing her step onto that podium.

For those of you who don’t know, Rochelle works with me on my Champions program where I program her strength and conditioning and injury prevention alongside her karate specific training sessions. Our main aim is to peak at major championships ✅

I will be posting insights from the competition over the coming weeks.

Congratulations to Rochelle on a fantastic performance this weekend at the championships taking home the silver medal.

It’s great to see an athlete’s hard work and commitment paying off and no one works harder than she does.

Over the past few months Rochelle has been working on improving her athletic performance supported by us via our remote athlete support services. It was safe to say her athletic performance was on point this weekend ✅
