Just a little polite update on my cancellation policy, which has unfortunately needed to be extended from 24 hours to 48 hours.
After some recent cancellations (all legitimate reasons and I myself have just had to cancel the last 3 weeks clients to recover from minor hand surgery my apologies) I found that 24 hours didn't give me enough notice to rebook any of the appointments resulting in loss of earnings and as a small business I just can't afford to take the hit any longer to be honest!

Therefore I must tighten up my policy and cancelled appointments that fall short of the requested 48 hours do require payment in full I'm afraid.
