This is one of the insights that my client’s feet can share with me. Our feet are the foundation of the entire body. Just take a moment to think about all the things your feet do for you from the moment you get up in the morning until you go to sleep at night. They enable you to move from one place to another, help you stand and support all your body while you are running.
Feet are very important part of your life and taking care of them reflects your overall health.
