Setting goals can be easy, what do you want to achieve… Win the match? Win the tournament? Increase the amount I exercise? Lose some weight?
That’s my goal, but how am I going to achieve it?
Whilst we all have a desired outcome, it’s not always quick and easy to achieve, and this can sometimes cause us to lose track or stop working towards our goals.
What is easier, achieving 100 small, simple goals that will accumulate towards your desired outcome OR achieving the 1 goal which focuses only on the outcome?
By setting goals which focus on the processes and performance aspects will highlight progression but also boost confidence and motivation, and together these will accumulate towards achieving your desired outcome!
