I teach Yoga around Crowborough and Tunbridge Wells. My style of teaching is a mix of Hatha Yoga and movement with breath, very much deepening a connection and understanding our bodies in a felt sense. This is so useful for calming our nervous system and dealing with stress and anxiety. I am influenced my many wonderful people, 1 being my anatomy yoga teacher Gary Carter who I see often to deepen my knowledge. I spend some time in each class with breathing which I find helps to bring us back to our connection to our Selves and there is often laughter, and I encourage questions.

The seasons are shifting, the air is crisp, and there’s nothing quite like slowing down on a Sunday. A walk with Cooper, the colours of nature, and then curling up in front of the fire — a reminder that rest is as much a practice as movement.

Yoga teaches us balance — effort and ease, expansion and retreat. Autumn reminds us the same. 🍁

Partner Yoga Workshop – Saturday 15th November

Join Claire Mclellan & Claire Amos for a relaxed and friendly Partner Yoga Workshop.

No experience is needed. Come on your own, and we’ll pair you up or bring a friend, family member, or partner – all are welcome. 🤝
You’ll work together to explore yoga postures and help each other move safely and deeply, sharing some laughter and connection.
