Sometimes yoga class looks like this… 🐾
A little visitor joined us today.
Didn’t follow instructions apart from downface dog and savasana of course.
He loved watching everyone and really picked up on the vibe of the class and the sound of my voice 😘🐾 😄
Calm, curious, completely present.
Not a bad reminder of how to practise.

These are the moments I don’t rush past anymore.

more letting the ground come up to meet me.

A quiet set-up for a one-to-one this morning.
Over time, it’s not the big, dramatic changes that matter most
— it’s the subtle ones.
A bit more awareness
A bit more strength
A sense of support through the body in movement
And gradually, an easier feeling of standing a little more upright.
It all adds up.

Cooper turns another year older today. It’s also a week since we lost Shep, and my mum’s anniversary as well. Life has a funny way of stacking things up.
I’m really grateful for this brown boy. And I’m really missing the Sheppy 💖✨️💖✨️
