Dear Pathway Therapies Tribe,

With the family's blessings, we share the sad news that Katja passed away peacefully on Wednesday 25th February, surrounded by her family.

Through her work at Pathway Therapies, Katja supported and walked alongside so many people. She held space with compassion, insight, and a deep commitment to helping others through life's challenges.

I know she touched and changed many lives, and her impact reaches far beyond the sessions she held.

The family will be holding a private funeral on Thursday 19th March.

For those who knew Katja through her work and would like to honour her memory, you may wish to light a candle or take a quiet moment of reflect on the day.

The noise of the external world has less impact. Your friends list may diminish & messages become fewer. Some say it's a lonely path, others honour the silence & blessings held within.

As you awaken, your barometer for b/s becomes more finely tuned! You have no desire for games, gossip, or vacuous connections.

What a miraculous maze of emotions, release, introspections , realisations & rebirth. Painful, poignant, powerful.

Shine your light, dear soul. This has always been your mission.

I can honestly say I've never cried as many tears as I have since the summer, but I'm learning to embrace the emotions more than ever.

The trauma held back for years, the physical pain, uncertainty & the acceptance of, at present, still living a very quiet life. The survival mode, the exhaustion & the physical signals to stop, reassess, be, go inwards.

To my fellow brave, authentic warrior souls, you are never alone.

The earth angels. Starlight stepping into human form.

Those who walk with you & offer a hand if the road becomes too steep.

They know when silence is the language you need or a hand held as tears flow.

Those who walk with you slowly as you navigate the storms of life.

Those who know you often only have the energy to carry yourself through the day. No label of selfish. No criticism or judgement.

These are the few precious ones you may be fortunate enough to have in your life as you navigate the dark nights of the soul.

Earth angels indeed, a light in the darkness & hope gently calling you forward to brighter days.
