As winter approaches, I kindly ask that if you are feeling unwell, please do not attend your appointment. Let me know as soon as possible please and I will do my best to re-arrange your appointment. This is important not only for your own wellbeing as massage can worsen symptoms but also for mine, other clients & families.

Top Tips for Staying Healthy This Winter:

🌿Eat well– include plenty of fruit and vegetables to boost your immune system.

Always on the lookout for a great massage when I’m away. Perfect way to relieve those aches and pains from travelling and sleeping in a new bed.

❤️Thank you to all my amazing clients for your patience and best wishes whilst I recover.❤️

Now there’s a couple of weeks we never want to repeat EVER!!
X2 separate admissions to A&E for me within a week for indescribable agony that is kidney stones. However, after a further CT scan early this morning it’s apparently moved and ready to come out very soon.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to those amazing people who’ve been so kind, thoughtful and of huge support with their love and best wishes.

And most importantly to my utter legend and hero of a husband who’s not only had to deal with looking after me, the kids, the dogs but also seeing his terminally ill father get more unwell. No one should have to see two of their loved ones in hospital at the same time in two different hospitals!! Tim Fuller I literally couldn’t love you anymore than I already do. 🙏🏻❤️🥰

Not been the best couple of weeks. First Covid and now Kidney Stones!!

This is my lovely sister Clare. She has just set up her wonderful Reflexology business.
