Thinking of joining group, here’s what you’ll get ❤️

1. Warm Welcome – You’ll meet the consultant, who will explain how everything works.

2. New Member Talk – Before the main group starts, new members get a simple run-through of the plan (so you’re not thrown in at the deep end).

3. Weigh-In – It’s private (just you and the consultant), and you’ll get your starting weight recorded.

4. Image Therapy (the group chat) – Members share tips, recipes, struggles, and successes. You can join in or just listen at first.

5. Takeaway Info – You’ll leave with books and online access to meal ideas, food lists, and recipes.

Most people feel a bit nervous before their first group, but afterwards they usually say “I wish I’d joined sooner.” 🥰
