Today’s beautiful set up for our first full moon gathering of 2026 & it didn’t disappoint 🥰 Together we created our 2026 anchor by exploring our word for the year, embodied it through somatic movement, chanting and sound bathing.

🪄 Today’s word … REMEMBRANCE 🌒 January is not a new beginning. It is a remembering of what already lives within you and ACCEPTANCE of what is aligning back with nature’s energy.

✨ Happy 2026 my lovelies ✨just wanted to share if you’re feeling the pressure to set those ‘new me’ goals … don’t do it. Keep exactly as you are. I’ve done this for the past 3 years and feels more soul-led.

Spiritually, this isn’t the new year yet.
This is the in-between.
The composting. Your bones are still requesting rest in a world asking you to stretch. Your body is still shedding and exhaling 2025.

The spiritual new year arrives with movement when the light returns, when nature + energy rises, when the body feels ready to expand again - SPRING 🌼

If you are feeling the heart’s call to set those goals, that’s awesome too. Rather than “What should I do next year?”… 👇🏼

Place one hand on your heart, one on your belly.
Breathe slowly and ask:
🌿When I imagine 2026, where do I feel openness?
🌿What feels heavy or contracting? what boundary might that be asking for?

What a beautiful Winter Solstice / end of year gathering with this absolute gorgeous bunch. Today we celebrated the essence of Yule & embodied the spirit of namaste opening our hearts in many soulful ways 💜

Thank you everyone who came to our soul space, brought your tasty offering to the banquet and helped tidy etc. Such a special community feel. My light honours each of everyone of yours ✨

That’s a beautiful close to my 1:1 work for 2025 ending today with a healing Breathwork session for a client moving through grief 🪽Thank you to each of my clients and everyone who has joined a soundbath, workshop or retreat ✨ Every single event had sold out this year welcoming a whopping 729 attendees 🤩 I treasure you all so deeply and so much love for your support in the growth of SOMA ZEN.

2026 will be bringing more growth …. In new ways … as we welcome a baby girl due May 2026 👶🏻🩷

Many of my clients know and can no longer hide this ever growing tummy 😁 Many of you also know my journey of what I’ve been through. This feels the most incredible magical full circle moment I can’t describe into words. The sacred slowness of this pregnancy is so healing and perfect for this time of year ❄️

From January, I will be dropping to 3 days a week - Mon, Tues & Fri so please feel free to prebook your regular slot as January is nearly full 🙏🏼

Soundbaths will now be during the siesta hour 2-4pm to accommodate my pregnancy needs. I’m no use to anyone past 8pm 😅🤣
