This offering is the culmination of five years of study, healing, and deep embodiment 🤍
Every training, every experience, every transformation has led me here.

As you guys know, I’ve moved away from traditional massage therapy 🤲🏼 a chapter that’s served its purpose beautifully and stepping fully into the work that lights up my soul: nervous system healing, subconscious reprogramming and energetic healing.

My devotion has always been to support people at the root, not just soothe the surface. Somatic Rewiring is that next evolution — where science meets spirit, and the body finally feels safe to heal.

Today I was at a secondary school sharing my wisdom on the nervous system ✨ I was invited in to offer the year 11s tangible somatic tools for exam stress.

I won’t lie. Speaking to around 100 people was a little stretch of my comfort zone 😅 a new experience but as soon as we got into the practice of shaking & breathing, they enjoyed it & all came together flowing lovely.

Growth starts at the edge of your comfort zone right?? 🤪
