New Wokingham Road Surgery Local Doctors Surgery with two male and two female GP's Welcome to New Wokingham Road Surgery. We aim to achieve this by working together with our patients.

We are committed to giving our patients high standards of care in a friendly and supportive environment. We provide extended opening hours on Tuesdays until 7.30 pm and on two Saturday mornings in the month. These appointments are pre-bookable only and our phone lines will be closed during these hours.

Carers Week is an annual campaign to raise awareness of caring, highlight the challenges unpaid carers face and recognise the contribution they make to families and communities throughout the UK. It also helps people who don't think of themselves as having caring responsibilities to identify as carers and access much-needed support. If you require medical assistance whilst we are closed please call 111 or if you have a medical emergency dial 999. You can also visit the walk-in centre in Broad Street Mall, Reading, A&E Frimley Park or Royal Berkshire Hospitals.

We aim to achieve this by working together with our patients. We provide extended opening hours on Tuesdays until 8.00pm and on various Saturday mornings. These appointments are pre-bookable only and our phone lines will be closed. Please check out our website for Saturday dates (www.newwokinghamroadsurgery.nhs.uk)or call Reception.

We strive to provide the best possible service to all our patients and we hope that you will not have a reason to raise a concern or complaint. We do realise, however, that this is not always possible. Firstly, we would like to encourage you to contact our Practice Manager to resolve the issue within the Practice. Please go to our website for more information on how to give feedback. We politely request that complaints not be aired via social media, particularly when it names any members of our staff. We would much prefer you to contact us directly so that we can deal appropriately and swiftly with any issue you may have. Thank you.
