*Prescription Deadline for Easter*

Our surgery will be closed over the long Easter Bank Holiday weekend with our doors closing at 18:30 on Thursday 2nd April and will reopen on Tuesday 7th April at 08:00.

We are therefore asking all patients that will require medication to request your items before 12pm on Wednesday 1st April to ensure that your request is actioned in time.

You can request your medication by emailing us on surgeryreception@nhs.net , by bringing in your request in to the surgery or by doing an online form on https://accurx.nhs.uk/patient-initiated/K81080/flow/repeat-prescription

You can also visit our website on https://newwokinghamroadsurgery.nhs.uk/prescriptions/ for further information on how to request your medication.

Please also see attached for local pharmacies that will be open over the bank holiday period.
