Must admit I do love ❤️ an avocado 🥑 , but I can never seem to get them perfect. Over ripe or rock hard.

To get round this I buy pots of guacamole and put a dollop of that with my chicken/tuna salad every day.

So good for people suffering with period pain. Once a month treatment coupled with learning some natural self help techniques you can really make a difference.

No matter what you have been told .

Pain is NOT normal.

Take it from me, who spent most of her teenage years in agony, vomiting, not be able to walk straight up , crippled up in a one big ball of mess.

Practising what I preach.

I have been suffering with right hand side ovarian pain. I suspect I have a cyst. Cysts are very common and come and go. But sometimes they can grow and cause pain.

This one was waking me up in the night and curled up with a hot water bottle.

So I got my castor oil out and wrapped myself up and put my infrared light on it for 30 minutes. The pain subsided within a few hours and has continued not to hurt!

Did you know an underactive thyroid is a common cause of heavy menstrual bleeding.

An underactive thyroid deprives the ovarian follicles of thyroid hormone it requires to ovulate and produce progesterone.

NHS guidelines state your TSH levels should be between 0.4 and 4 . Optimal for fertility is 2 and under.

If you suffer from heavy bleeding 🩸 and are tired 😴 please do go to the GP and get a blood test.

Just returned from a weeks recharging holiday in Turkey. The sun ☀️ was out in force and I absorbed all the vitamin D I could ! I also read two fiction books something I’ve not done in years ! I loved escaping into the story. It’s amazing how much it can de stress you. This is something I am definitely going to include in my evening routine! Can’t wait to get back to treating you all !
