Compassion is not just something you give to others. It is something that you should extend to yourself. ✨If you’re not compassionate to yourself, your compassion is incomplete. 🤕Stop blaming yourself for things you have no control over. ❌

When we neglect self-compassion, we may struggle with feelings of inadequacy and shame. This can become especially obvious when facing challenges related to intimacy and romance. Rejected because you’re feeling inadequate? Shamed because you’re not a “good enough” lover?

Bedroom issues aren't merely physical. 👌🏻They can deeply affect one’s self-esteem, lowering your quality of life and heightening your anxiety. The emotional toll can manifest in strained relationships because feelings of frustration (or embarrassment) may hinder open communication with your partner.
