We understand that there are still issues with the alarm that is attached to the building - we have been in touch with the premises management company who are dealing with this.

Alarm activation
Thank you to all our neighbours and Croxley Residents for alerting the practice to an alarm sounding on our shared building.

The practice was open all day Saturday, the alarm was active during this time but we couldn’t identify who in the shared run of premises’ it belonged to.

We also attended out of hours and again our alarm was silent, we can say with confidence that the alarm sounding is not New Road Surgeries Alarm

There is a worldwide Microsoft issue that is affecting our clinical systems. We cannot book appointments and can only run a very limited service today.
If you have an appointment prebooked with us today please still attend.
This is the same for both New Road and Baldwins Lane sites.

We are very sorry to announce that after over 45 years of dedicated patient service, Elizabeth finished her role as Dispenser/Receptionist at Sarratt surgery at the end of June 2023.

We are recruiting for a replacement but until we have this in place then we will have to temporarily pause the provision of dispensing services at Sarratt surgery.

If you have a prescription request, please contact New Road Surgery on 01923 604884 or use the NHS App.

Your prescription will then be sent electronically to a pharmacist of your choice.

Please note some local pharmacies do offer prescription request and home delivery services.

Receptionist Vacancy

New Road Surgery are looking for a part-time receptionist to join our friendly, dedicated team working regular shifts on Friday afternoon and at least one other shift plus additional shifts to cover leave.

The successful candidate will be personable with a good telephone manner, great communication skills and the ability to work as part of a busy team to provide excellent patient service.

We are a friendly, patient centred, training practice led by four doctors in partnership serving nearly 11,000 patients in Croxley Green, Sarratt and the surrounding area, from the main premises in Croxley Green and a branch surgery in Sarratt. Previous experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
