Reduce appetite
Increase pancreatic secretion of insulin hormone in response to glucose and, reduces the release of the hormone Glucagon which acts opposite to insulin, so basically the person becomes more “insulin sensitive”. Insulin resistance is one of the main problems for obese people to lose weight.
