Biodynamic Massage Therapy (Women only)
A non-verbal, touch-based, holistic therapy. It is a branch of body psychotherapy. It is based on the belief that the ways in which we respond to events in our lives often leave residue stored in the body. When we experience conflict, anxieties and stress are often associated with feelings, which may appear as physical or mental symptoms.
