I visited Elite Osteo Limited after suffering from severe shoulder pain and severely restricted mobility for 6-7 weeks. Simple daily tasks like showering, dressing, sleeping, or using my arm had become extremely difficult, with only around 30 degrees of movement available.

⚠️ My issue with (most) chiropractors…

If they’re doing short 10, 15 min appointments they’re scamming you

If they’re selling you a package when you’re in pain, they’re scamming you

If they’re rebooking you for your next appointment before you’ve even left this one or they’re chasing you up to book again, guess what? They’re scamming you

Don’t be fooled by the ones using fancy technology in prestigious locations either. They’ll do x rays and tell you you’re “out of alignment” 🥱 And of course you need to block book now or you’ll end up with long term damage. Heard and seen it all before, day after day. Time after time. I’ve experienced it myself when I had sciatica in 2018 and I see it practically every day in clinic. Guess what, they’re scamming you!

I’m not afraid to call them out and I will. And they can’t say anything cause it’s true and my results back up what I’m saying over and over again

Shiro travelled from 📍Bristol to see me at my pop up clinic in 📍Birmingham last week. Years of heavy gaming in his teens had left his shoulders rounded and his appearance hunched. He had already tried other treatments and despite spending £100 a session it made absolutely no difference at all. He felt self conscious about wearing a vest despite having worked hard to build a very impressive physique. Who needs this? Posture Correction for one of my long term clients alongside correcting a leg length discrepancy. Insane results 🔥

This would usually take 2 hours but my guys been coming to me for years. I know and understand his body and how he responds. I did this in about an hour and a half for him. The extra time was on the house ❤️🫡

The difference it makes to his posture, overall appearance and aesthetic is insane. He literally looks like a different man 🦍 and these results last a good 6 months to a year for him personally with him doing some aftercare. Real People. Real Problems. Real Results

I’ve treated this client from 📍Leeds 3 times. Each time he’s made the 4 hour journey from Leeds down to my clinic in Croydon just for treatment

The first time I saw him was in 2020. He had been in pain for 11 years at the time and was badly struggling with day to day tasks

And had tried everything before seeing me, osteopaths, chiropractors, acupuncture, massages etc wasting around £2000 in the process. Eventually he lost hope

Client returns 2 months after his Posture Correction treatment 👀 Are you worried about your posture or hunchback?

31st January is when he first me for a Posture Correction. You can see his full Before & After from that treatment on my previous feed post. His posture was very bad and on top of that he has a condition called Scheurmans Kyphosis which causes a very hunched and rounded appearance of the upper and mid back

29th March was the day he came back. This video was filmed before treatment without me needing to do even touch him. Look how well the results lasted! He literally looks and feels like a new man 👑

This shows you can easily maintain the results we get providing you put some effort and consistency into following your aftercare. He didn’t even come back for a Posture Correction (obviously didn’t need one) He just wants to invest in himself and put his health first this year 🔋

Must Watch 👀 anyone suffering from sciatica or lower back pain ⚡️

This video was filmed last time I was in 📍Birmingham (November 2025). Sikander saw me just once for treatment all the wayback in February 2021. So this was 5 years later! This time he came with his friend and didn’t even need treatment fhimself. His original video is on my page and I still have all his messages before, after and over the years since his treatment

This is no exaggeration. Every aspect of Sikander’s life was severely impacted by his sciatica and lower back pain. He said that one session with me was “life changing” and as you can see, he can still touch his toes pain free to this day

I don’t like the way a lot of chiropractors do business. This is why

Is it all chiropractors? No. But a lot of them? Yes, without a shadow of a doubt

Even on my story today 2 separate individuals who have wasted around £6000 between them on short, ineffective chiropractic treatments with no lasting benefit or relief

One of the guys has been to me twice before and said he had no back pain for 4 years after his first visit! 4 years. It’s on my story today and will go up on my feed soon. That’s after seeing chiropractors once or twice a week for months before that. That’s why he travelled from 📍Leeds again today as he won’t waste his time or money on that ever again

The other guy was a new client who booked an Emergency appointment and travelled from 📍Birmingham. I’ve got him so much better already in just one session for a severe herniated disc than a chiropractor has in over 3 months after charging him around £4000

The proof is on my page. They maximise their profit and people fall for the “cheaper” appointments. Whereas I actually focus on getting results . The way I work actually ends up saving you time and money

Something I see way too much of in clinic 👀

Too many social media “experts” giving advice online solely based on maximising their own views

Of course you can find great information online but when you’re actually injured how can you expect to find a safe and effective solution without even having been diagnosed?

The most common issue I see this with is sciatica ⚡️ I’ll explain it simply. There are 4 common reasons people get sciatica including bulging discs and piriformis syndrome. Basically something is compressing your sciatic nerve which is what’s giving you the pain down your leg. Simply saying you have “sciatica” is only describing the symptom but not the root cause

Only when you know the root cause ie. what is actually compressing the sciatic nerve, can you actually start treating it. Till then you’re at risk ⚠️ of making yourself worse

I had bad sciatica back in 2018 after injuring my back while squatting. Till you’ve experienced it yourself (and I hope you never have to) you cannot truly understand it

Before that I’d treated people with sciatica. I was able to diagnose it but I didn’t understand how it actually felt and the impact it has on people’s lives

After I recovered naturally, despite being told I NEEDED surgery I became really passionate about helping others in that position

When I was going through it there was a time I couldn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. Now I’m able to be that light for others

Surgery should be an absolute last resort. I’ve helped so many people who’ve been told it was their only option

If I hadn’t gone through it myself there’s no way I’d be able to treat it as effectively as I can today. It ended up being a blessing and an invaluable life experience. I wouldn’t ever want to deal with it again though 😅 once was more than enough
