Those who love Almonds…
Almonds are naturally sweet and a little heavy to digest. They create a grounding, nourishing effect on the body’s tissues. They’re especially supportive for Vata body types. As their digestion is bit irregular, almonds can cause symptoms like bloating and heaviness.
Too many almonds can aggravate pitta in the body because of its warming quality. Anyone already dealing with a Pitta imbalance should keep this in mind.
The strengthening and nourishing nature of almonds can add ‘too much’ to natural heaviness of Kapha bodies.
And of course, we shouldn’t forget the well-known aphrodisiac effect of almonds. They’re especially supportive for male fertility.
But don’t worry — we still can enjoy almonds in the right way.
Vata types do well with 5-6 soaked almonds a day
Pitta types can have 4-5 soaked or unroasted almonds
Kapha types can enjoy 4-5 roasted almonds on alternate days.
And remember, this is general guidance, not a strict rule.

For those who love nuts

Nuts are a healthy part of our diet. They range from the tiniest pine nut to something as large as a coconut. Their effects on the body can vary depending on our constitution, internal balance, and the strength of our digestive fire. That’s why it’s soimportant to understand what we eat andhow it interacts with our own system.

Not all nuts suit everyone many are not ideal for Vata types, some can aggravate Pitta, and others may be too nourishing for Kapha bodies. Nuts have differentproperties when they are unroasted, roasted, or soaked. You can figure out the best way to eat them.

Know this before using"Neti pot"

A ‘nethi pot’ can be a soothing way to cleanseyour nasal passage. There’s one thing everyone should keep in mind. Once you finish the rinse, make sure no water is left behind. Any remaining water that stays in the sinuses may causeheadache, fullness of head or even make sinusitis worse. Blow your nose firmly until you’re sure everything has drained. A simple check is to blow gently onto your skin. If it feels completely dry, you’re done.

Nature thrives on silent hands,
Unseen roots that hold the land.
So too in life, some souls stay near....
Quiet helpers we barely hear.
Only in absence do we finally see
How vital their quiet strength can be

Cold has its own psychology. When you dwell on it, the discomfort sharpens.
When the sun is out, the same chill feels almost gentle. Even in winter air, a warm thought can shift the whole experience.

Clarity and Creativity

Who would’ve thought cutlery—ordinary forks and spoons— could be transformed into something so breathtaking?

This is something between clarity and creativity—two sides of the same spark. When the mind is clear, ideas flow like a river. But when it’s clouded, creativity doesn’t vanish. It simply takes a different path… One that heals, and gently clears the fog.

So don’t wait for perfect clarity. Don’t say, “I can’t think right now.” Jump in. Start somewhere. Let the process guide you out.

Creativity doesn’t ask for permission. It asks for presence. So, show up—and let it surprise you.
