I wanted to take the opportunity to re introduce myself and also to talk a little about Osteopathy for senior citizens.
A lot of older people especially those who have chronic pain and may be are sedentary due to pain or are trying without much success to improve their mobility.
Jumping on You Tube and the like does provide a lot of useful resources but, the Osteopathy is tailored to you and your range of movement and strength. Your medical history and your lifestyle. I am not going to force you to do exercises you cannot do, but, you must follow the instructions for home exercises.
