From one-to-one counselling and group support, to informal drop-ins and simply having someone to talk to, this is a space where no one has to face grief alone.

This support is provided free of charge, because we believe that compassion and care should always be accessible when it is needed most.

Grief does not follow a timeline, and neither does our support. Whether in the immediate days after loss, or months and years later, the Foundation is there - offering guidance, understanding, and a listening ear.

At our Croydon headquarters, we offer a range of chapels and rooms designed to reflect the wishes, beliefs, and individuality of every family we serve. From traditional spaces with stained glass and a sense of heritage, to more intimate rooms that can be thoughtfully adapted for both religious and non-religious ceremonies.

Guided here by Joe, our Commercial Director and 6th generation of the Rowland Brothers family, this is more than just a tour - it’s a reflection of who we are.

Within these walls is a room that has served our own family for generations, where Rowland Brothers have said goodbye to their own since 1873. A reminder that the care we provide is deeply personal, shaped by lived experience as much as tradition.
