Loving our new Aroma Diffuser.
A flameless and smoke-free way to fragrance your room or office.

The Aroma Diffuser uses an ultrasonic motor to pump out the water so it's very quiet when used.
Colour changing mood light and can be used as a simple humidifier.

I’m Sam and Astrotherapy is my aromatherapy brand. If you’ve been following me for a while thank you so much. If you’ve just found my page a very warm welcome to you.

I’m also a Paramedic and this last year has been a very testing and unsettling time for us all; my essential oils have been a god send not just for me but also my customers.

I put together a Protect Hand care range which has been very popular and includes a hand wash, hand scrub, sanitiser, and my amazing hand cream; using essential oils that are known to have antibacterial and antiviral properties. All my products are chemical free.

During last year number 2 child said mum you need to move your aromatherapy business forward. Your products are great and people keep coming back to buy more. Good point, but how? All the fayres I would normally attend came to stand still.
So I sent this out to the universe and within a couple of weeks, the universe delivered.

I have been following the amazing Kate Spencer (author and spiritual coach) on Facebook for a few years now and about 2 years ago I joined her Life and Soul Academy.
What’s this got to do with my aromatherapy?
Well a few weeks before Christmas Kate contacted me and asked me if I would be a guest speaker for the month of March in her amazing Academy. Don’t give me an answer yet, have a think and let me now she said. What was there to think about? I did one of those happy dances and lots of whooping, and here we are! 2 days before March. Sleep is something we all need, it’s part of our daily routine. It should be something we can do naturally, after all our body and mind need it. So, why do so many people have trouble sleeping?

Over the last few months I’ve had more and more people ask me how aromatherapy can aid their sleep.

I qualified as Aromatherapist 20 years ago. Over the next few weeks I shall be looking at sleep in more detail.
