𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗔𝗗𝗛𝗗 & 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 👇⁣

was training six times a week… But still wasn’t happy.⁣

She was exhausted, burnt out and getting nothing from all that effort ❌.⁣

And like a lot of people, her first instinct was to push harder.⁣

Do more.⁣
Be more disciplined.⁣

Until I broke down her blood work for her 🩸.⁣

Her body was under so much stress it had nothing left and her bloods told us that.⁣

Plus there were signs of:⁣

🦠 Overgrowths⁣
🔥 Gut damage⁣
🍬 Metabolic issues (blood sugar)⁣
And more⁣

More training wasn’t going to fix that. If anything it made it worse.⁣

𝗦𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗔𝗗𝗛𝗗 🧠.⁣

Which meant every new routine,⁣
Every habit,⁣
Every change felt ten times harder than it should.⁣

𝗦𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝘁.⁣

Built everything around her blood work, her hormones, her gut health and how her brain actually works.⁣

Different structure.⁣
Proper check-ins.⁣
A plan that made sense for her life, not someone else’s.⁣

And the results? She:⁣

Your doctor told you it’s stress.⁣

They’re not wrong…⁣

But they handed you a label and sent you on your way 🤔.⁣

No context.⁣
No direction.⁣
No actual help.⁣
And that’s where most people get stuck.⁣

Because stress isn’t just your job or your emotional state. It’s your:⁣

If you’re struggling with:⁣

🎈 Bloating after meals⁣

Not carnivore⁣
Not keto⁣
Not low carb⁣
Not vegan⁣

None of them ❌⁣

Yes, changing your diet can improve symptoms…⁣

You feel better ❤️‍🩹⁣
Less bloating 🎈⁣
More stable energy 🔋⁣

But what happens when you break it? (𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘤𝘩 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘢𝘵 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘱𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘵)⁣

The symptoms come straight back right?⁣

Because you didn’t fix the issue, you just stopped triggering it.⁣

This is exactly where Steve was.⁣

If anything, I respect it.⁣

He researched.⁣
Tried supplements.⁣

And build a plan around that⁣

Here’s the problem.⁣

“𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩𝘺 𝘧𝘰𝘰𝘥” means nothing 👎.⁣

Most people are judging food based on:⁣

Calories⁣
Labels⁣
What clever marketing says⁣
Or what they’ve been told online.⁣

𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁.⁣

A food is only “healthy” if:⁣

You can digest it⁣
You can absorb it⁣
You can utilise it⁣
It doesn’t trigger your body⁣

And this is where people get stuck. Because you can be eating:⁣

“Clean” foods⁣
Whole foods⁣
Organic foods⁣

…And still feel like sh**.⁣

𝗪𝗵𝘆?⁣

Because your body isn’t in a place to handle them. Issues such as:⁣

👉 Low stomach acid⁣
👉 Gut damage⁣
👉 Overgrowths⁣
👉 Histamine issues⁣
👉 Inflammation⁣

𝗡𝗼𝘄 𝘀𝘂𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗹𝘆…⁣

Foods that are “healthy” on paper, aren’t healthy for you right now 🚨.⁣

Eating less.⁣
Trying to be “healthy”.⁣

𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸.⁣

👉 Bloating⁣
👉 Fatigue⁣
👉 Hair loss⁣
👉 Poor sleep⁣
👉 Anxiety⁣
👉 Hormonal issues⁣
👉 Cycle problems⁣
👉 Cravings⁣

So what do they do?⁣

Cut carbs ❌⁣
Add supplements ❌⁣
Train harder ❌⁣
Eat even less ❌⁣

And it gets worse…⁣

Because the problem isn’t effort. 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀.⁣

Most women I see are:⁣

Undereating protein 🥩⁣
Scared of carbs 🍚 ⁣
Living in a constant deficit 🍴 ⁣
Burning the candle at both ends 🕯️⁣
Guessing their nutrition 🤷‍♀️ ⁣
Ignoring their cycle ⚖️⁣

You’re trying to drive a car 100 miles… On 50 miles of fuel.⁣

And over time, it leads to:⁣

Gut damage⁣
Nutrient deficiencies⁣
Hormonal disruption⁣
Poor recovery⁣
Inflammation⁣
Low energy⁣

Your body is more sensitive to stress, output and under-fuelling.⁣

This isn’t about “just eating more”. It’s about understanding what your body actually needs.⁣

The way this woman was spoken about in another video by was not on.

That wasn’t educational, it was ego, inexperience and disrespectful.

You don’t build people up by tearing them down like this 🤔.⁣


Now, I want to make this clear.⁣

This is not an attack on you 🙏.⁣

Your passion is obvious and I respect you from that aspect.⁣

But this is where I need to be honest.⁣

Because this industry has lost its way…⁣

Health is not just weight, for sure. That’s why my approach is always to optimsie someone’s:⁣

👉 Internal⁣
👉 Mental/emotional⁣
👉 And physical health.⁣

𝗡𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿.⁣

Which means, we can’t pretend physical health doesn’t matter.⁣

Of course, a coach doesn’t need to be “perfect”, shredded etc.⁣

But they should be:⁣

Working on themselves⁣
Practising what they preach⁣
Reflecting a version of health they’re helping others move towards⁣

Because coaching isn’t just about knowledge.⁣

It’s about example, accountability and honesty.⁣

Telling someone:⁣

“You don’t need to change” when their health is clearly suffering… 𝗜𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁.⁣

It’s feeding someone’s issues that let’s be honest they should be working on no longer controlling them.⁣

And that’s where this industry is going wrong. It’s become about:⁣

Validation⁣
Trends⁣
Views⁣
Not actual health⁣

Real health requires uncomfortable truths, ownership and effort to change.⁣

And yes… sometimes that means calling things out. I’ve been: ⁣

Over then underweight.⁣

I’ve then starved myself and suffered from binge eating.⁣

𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗜 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝘁.⁣

I didn’t build an identity around staying there.⁣

So again, this isn’t personal.⁣

It’s about raising the standard for the industry as a whole.⁣

But everything says you’re “fine”?⁣

This is Penny’s story.⁣

She was actually one of the first people to ever trust me with her health 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗬 years ago. Back in my physique coaching days 💪.⁣

She knew how to train.⁣
She understood calories and macros.⁣
But when her health hit its worst point years down the line… none of that mattered.⁣

She was dealing with:⁣

We had to rebuild it.⁣
Support.⁣
Repair.⁣
Understand.⁣
Then progress.⁣

There were setbacks.⁣
There were tough phases.⁣
But she never gave up.⁣
She kept showing up.⁣

And that’s the difference.⁣

No daily headaches.⁣
Energy is back.⁣
Food isn’t feared.⁣
She can live again.⁣

First of all, you need to understand:⁣

How do I do this? I provide you with a personalised online programme that is tailored specifically to your needs and goals. Whilst being coached by me, there are no gimmicks or fads: I don’t offer or believe in quick-fix solutions. I focus on helping you understand the importance of exercise and nutrition and how they affect your health and performance.
