𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗔𝗗𝗛𝗗 & 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 👇
was training six times a week… But still wasn’t happy.
She was exhausted, burnt out and getting nothing from all that effort ❌.
And like a lot of people, her first instinct was to push harder.
Do more.
Be more disciplined.
Until I broke down her blood work for her 🩸.
Her body was under so much stress it had nothing left and her bloods told us that.
Plus there were signs of:
🦠 Overgrowths
🔥 Gut damage
🍬 Metabolic issues (blood sugar)
And more
More training wasn’t going to fix that. If anything it made it worse.
𝗦𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗔𝗗𝗛𝗗 🧠.
Which meant every new routine,
Every habit,
Every change felt ten times harder than it should.
𝗦𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝘁.
Built everything around her blood work, her hormones, her gut health and how her brain actually works.
Different structure.
Proper check-ins.
A plan that made sense for her life, not someone else’s.
And the results? She:
👉 Dropped 10kg in 10 weeks (the lightest she’d ever been)
👉 Wasn’t hungry throughout
👉 Trained LESS to support her recovery
Which led to more energy, more clarity, more confidence in herself.
