Osteopathy and physiotherapy are both holistic approaches to healing, each with unique techniques and philosophies. πŸ€” Osteopathy focuses whole person and on the body's structure and its ability to heal itself, using hands-on treatments along side rehabiliation exercises and home care advice to improve overall health.

In contrast, physiotherapy emphasizes injury recovery and rehabilitation through exercise, and education and at times manual thearpy. πŸ’ͺ

Choosing the right professional depends on your specific needsβ€”whether you're seeking pain relief, recovery from an injury, or overall wellness. 🩺 Understanding these key differences can help you find the best path to better health! Choose wisely! 🌿

The iliopsoas muscle, commonly known as the psoas, is crucial for hip flexion and core stability. 🌟 It connects the lower spine to the femur, playing a key role in maintaining posture and facilitating movements like walking and running.

A strong psoas helps prevent lower back pain, especially for those in sedentary jobs where it can become tight and weak.

To keep it healthy, try the lunge stretch: step forward with one leg, lowering your hips while keeping your back straight. Hold for 20-30 seconds on each side. πŸ€Έβ€β™‚οΈ Stretching regularly can enhance flexibility and relieve tension!
