Starting the new week feeling relaxed and thankful as I reminisce about last Sunday’s Sound Bath session at the superb and serene .

Thanks to everyone who joined. It was so lovely to meet you all and I look forward to seeing you at the next one on Sunday 30th Nov. This will be a 90 minute session (3.30 - 5.00pm) focussed on preparing for the New Year ahead with guided meditation, sound healing and goal setting.
