A PRACTICE FOR THE MIND AS WELL AS THE BODY
Here is another really good example of kundalini yoga as a practice that helps increase your
flexibility, i.e. your stretch, but also your strength.
So this is a practice for the lower
spine and it also involves quite a lot of strong navel work. When we have a strong navel, we are
anchored well in our bodies.
We are more resilient to stress. We have a healthier sense of self.
As always, we end with a meditation because as we release the tension, so we're in a much better
space to meditate.
It's just easier that way, yeah? So it's a practice for the mind as well as the body.
