Emerald Green Care are recruiting a motivated and compassionate service manager to join our family-owned domiciliary care provider located in Croydon. We are looking for a new member to join our team and support with business development. Emerald Green Care supports adults to remain living in their own home by providing them community-based care, specialising in End-of-life care. You will be working closely with the managing directors receiving one to one support throughout your new role.

Your new role will consist of:
- Growth and development of the organisation.
- Marketing the business
- Ensure day to day compliance with Emerald Green Care’s policies and procedures
- Supervision and ongoing monitoring of staff
- Working alongside the registered manager with providing exceptional care and support to our clients.

Our requirement for the role:
- Either to have level 5 in leadership and management in health and social care and/or equivalent (or be willing to work towards)
- Driving licence with use of your own car
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in domiciliary care
- Minimum 1 year of business/management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good IT skills
- Knowledge of KLOE’s and experience and understanding CQC expectation and to be able evidence this

The rewards:
- £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience and qualification.
- Funded level 5 if not already completed.
- 08:30-17:00 office hours
- On call weekend 1 out of 5, with an additional day off in the week once on call has been taken on the weekend.
- 28 days annual leave
- Bonus scheme based on performance with possible increase in salary
- Full hand over and training given
