Join us for our friendly Community Hub where you can access support, advice and a warm space to connect with others. Our team and partner services are here to offer guidance and practical help with:

- 1:1 Tailored Energy Awareness
- Debt Advice
- CV and Employability support - Learning Disability Support
- DWP Support
- Food Bank Access

We also provide support around:
✅ Over 65's,
✅ Learning Disabilities
✅ Benefits
✅ Housing
✅ Parenting Support(Parents with children under 5, Carers and families in vulnerable households)
✅ Health & Social Wellbeing
