Wow - just wow !!!
I think for anyone the hardest part of getting started is the initial contact made. BUT when we do - it’s such a massive step that it just takes a little bit of weight of those shoulders knowing that someone is going to be there pushing you through the sessions and giving you that support you need, especially on the days when it feels a little harder then others.
I pushed Aliyah hard in the sessions. Not just that she felt it, but noticed by so many people who use to watch us train.
We decided just over 3 months ago to do the photoshoot and it was gruelling work especially in the last 4/5 weeks. She made it.
We kept loading.
We increased the cardio.
We made every session count.
I am so so PROUD of her.
A new found confidence - which is for me the most important factor that comes out of this.

The plan is to not put my body under intense stress and pressure and fit in training around a hectic work schedule with still getting that rest, quality sleep and recovery that I definitely need.
Not planning on too much restriction - still need to be living life right 😜
One day at a time.
Leave a little space for a negroni or 2 and a little rave or 2 πŸ₯ƒ πŸŽ‰

Should your training goals be based purely on working towards aesthetic goals? ABSOLUTELY NO WAY ! 🚫

Can I honestly say that I’ve been my happiest and most content in life when my body fat has been at its lowest … NOPE… ‼️

But what I did learn is building habits into my life that have stuck with me …. Not always consistent but that’s just being honest πŸ“š

Stress level management πŸ₯΅
Sleep quality πŸ’€
Balanced nutrition 🍽️
Training for the love of it and all the lifelong benefits that come with it πŸ‹πŸ½β€β™€οΈ

Keep finding those new levels to reach and pushing on towards YOUR goals. Talk about hitting the ground running.
As with anything in life - we have highs and lows but keep surrounding yourself with positive people who have your best interests and look to always give you inspiration and support everything you do.
So if there is something you’ve really wanted to do and push towards - just go and do it.
Life is farrrrrrr to short to procrastinate.
Make the most of the here and now and have no regrets ✌🏽

From getting out that black hole I was in - a point in my life where I felt lost and very negative about myself - to a point where I feel I have a purpose, ambition and confidence. I feel so much better mentally and physically and that transpires into everything else in life. I now appreciate how important it is to make time for yourself, to put yourself first and to find something you generally love doing. The benefits are immeasurable. Love my training, love my food, love the progress.’

CLIENT UPDATE
Allan started online coaching with me in November 2021.
After an initial consultation discussing current mindset, lifestyle, nutrition, expenditure and much more - we put a plan in place for Allan to start with.
Every plan that is put in place for every client is bespoke to goal setting and ensuring every aspect fits around each individuals busy lifestyle.
Allan has done incredible work.
Keeping on track with MFP βœ…
Keeping stress levels as much as possible to a minimum and being much more aware of recognising when he is able to control certain factors βœ…
Training programmes consistent βœ…
Expenditure ticking over βœ…
As you can see from the pictures, BF is reducing βœ…
TOTAL LOSS - 8KG (17lbs / 1.2 stone)
Allan has done all this whilst working full time shift work and looking after a beautiful family …

First time for Alan Deadlifting on his new programme and I am so proud to have had this video uploaded on the coaching app.
Alan really has done SO well since he started and with seeing the updates on training, nutrition and check-ins he should also be super proud!!
I love seeing how the mindset changes and the impact making a few habitual changes can have on peoples lives.
