“ That all great things take time “ … and The Allergy Hub is certainly testament to that.

Myself and the team have been working furiously and flat out to be ready to finally launch The Allergy Hub on 30th June…..

And here we are .... 30th June 2022 and The Allergy Hub is open for business !!!

We are collaborating with some amazing stockists, venues, academic providers and a wonderful marketing company to bring our vision to life….

Our online shop for food, drinks, cosmetics and lifestyle retreats will be going live on 1st August 2022 and our Allergen Coaching packages are now available to buy online.

So, right now this year, join me, Suzie and my team and see how Allergy and Lifestyle Coaching works and what it can do for you!

We will be looking at real life case studies and providing an ‘ Ask the Coach’ section and we’ll be offering 1 lucky individual the opportunity to work with me and the Team , free of charge, with a bespoke coaching package who will be featured in this section of the website for the next year looking at how coaching has worked to improve their health, happiness and confidence.

Well… my awesome lovelies… it’s been a while… because sometimes life is what happens when you are busy making plans…
On 23rd March 2020… the UK went into the first of many lockdowns and The Hardcore Holistic along with the most of the world went into hibernation… Mother Nature had finally had enough of us… and we got put on the naughty step to think about what we had done and while the earth slowly started to heal… new thoughts and inspirations started to grow….
And from that came an amazing new idea and company…
I am so proud to be involved with the Allergy Hub…..

Hello My lovelies,
It has been a long time since I updated but after the death of my Mum, my cousin, a good friend, my cat, so much family illness and stress and my body deciding it had had enough of me ignoring it and deciding to break down.... I was not in the best place to be there for you to heal, help and support.
But now, I feel it is time to put on my big girl pants, and do what I was meant to do in this world.
I’m looking forward to meeting you all again here.
