Tuesday 2nd September - excited to share Direct Method Water Qigong!

Our own bodies water qi and jing essence is our essential physical essence!

Practice this set regularly and you will have great confidence, libido (in a balanced way), strong legs, supple back, etc...

The last sequence we do could also awaken the taoist equivalence of your "kundalini", the serpent qi at the bottom of the spine, albeit in taoism its a more controlled circulatory movement. Practice every day and you will be well on your way to full awakening, its not called the sacral for nothing!
