📝 Prescription Management – Reviewing medication requests safely
📮 Hospital Letters – Reading and actioning referrals, discharge summaries, and specialist advice
🏥 Home Visits – Caring for patients who are housebound
💬 Patient Queries – Responding to messages, admin requests, and urgent concerns
📊 Safeguarding & Care Planning – Ensuring vulnerable patients are supported
🤝 Team Meetings – Coordinating with nurses, pharmacists, and allied health professionals
All of this happens in addition to the appointments patients see on the schedule.
