Access Art Therapy offers confidential art psychotherapy for people living within reach of Croydon. This form of psychoanalysis can be helpful for people who are suffering because of trauma, bereavement, stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, memory difficulties, displacement, the affects of illness, loss and separation. Underpinned using psychodynamic and group analytic thinking, these are safe and non-judgemental spaces. Adapting the frame of art psychotherapy, online sessions are available in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Access Art Therapy is a community based, private practice, conducted by Aisling Fegan, a HCPC registered art psychotherapist. Clinical supervision is also available for therapists and frontline workers.
