I am looking forward to seeing you back ‘on the mat’ with Malmesbury classes starting again this coming Friday 29th August, 9.15 - 10.30 (full list of dates on the attachment). No need to book, just come along.

Crudwell classes start again on 1st September.

A little reminder that although it is half term next week, there will be classes on Wednesday and Thursday (Crudwell) and on Friday (Malmesbury) as usual.

If you would like information about classes in Crudwell, please message me.

No need to book for the Malmesbury class, just come along.

Hello,

A quick reminder that studio classes (Crudwell) resume Monday 28th April. I will be emailing out the class schedule this week. If you would like a copy, please get in touch.

Classes on Friday mornings in the Wesleyan Hall, Malmesbury Town Hall resume this Friday 25th April. No booking required, just come along. 09:15-10:30.

Happy new year! I hope you are all well.

As we ease into January, the temperature outside reminds us that it is still midwinter and as such, our bodies are still in need of the nourishing warmth and nurturing movement of a seasonal yoga flow. Being kind to ourselves and offering our minds and bodies the space to connect and to create harmony within is extremely beneficial, especially if life around us is a little chaotic.

Whether you would like to explore yoga for the first time or resume your practice, please do come and join one of my classes which resume on Monday 6th January.

"31 women a day die of secondary breast cancer. Our only hope is the groundbreaking drugs that have helped change breast cancer treatments in a positive way over the past few years.
One life-extending drug, ENHERTU, has proven efficacy and is approved in Scotland and 25 other countries world-wide. We are raising funds for a very important cause - to issue proceedings against NICE for their refusal to approve this groundbreaking drug for those secondary/incurable breast cancer patients who need it.

At present up to 1000 ladies per year stand to miss out on this drug which can give them precious extra time with their families because NICE are refusing to make it available on the NHS for these particular patients.

We only have a week to raise £150k and would be grateful for any and all support. Please share."

CLASS SPACES AVAILABLE

Every season brings change and a shift in energy - we see it all around us in nature and can often feel it too.
As we move into autumn, with cooler temperatures, changeable weather and shortening days, we need to adjust our daily habits to help us adapt. A regular yoga practice can help us to maintain an internal balance through movement and breath.
If you would like to join a class, I have space in the following classes.

Monday 11:15-12:45
A gentle practice for those who prefer a slower pace or would like a gentle introduction to yoga. With support and props to aid movement.

Thursday 09:30-10:45
A flowing hatha yoga class combining movement and breath to balance energy and stimulate the flow of energy within the body. With dynamic movement and vinyasa.

Classes are at my studio in Crudwell.
Price plan from £10 per class. All equipment provided.
