We’re proud to launch our new ADHD-Informed Workplaces Pilot Scheme, and delighted to recognise as the first organisation in Northern Ireland to achieve Bronze ADHD-Informed Workplace status.

This pilot supports employers, charities, and statutory agencies across Northern Ireland to embed ADHD-informed and neuroaffirming practice across their teams, services, and leadership. The focus is on building inclusive, supportive workplaces that improve staff wellbeing, retention, and service accessibility.

Interest has already been exceptional, with bookings confirmed well into 2026 from both community organisations and large public-sector employers.

🌟 Exciting News! 🌟

We’re thrilled to announce that UHub has become the very first organisation to join our new ADHD-Informed Workplaces Pilot Scheme 💼✨

UHub has achieved Bronze ADHD-Informed Workplace recognition, demonstrating their commitment to inclusion, staff wellbeing, and accessible service delivery for both their clients and service users. 💜

Over the last two days, the UHub team took part in one of our ADHD in the Workplace training series - " The National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) approved course:

“An Introduction to Working with Clients with an ADHD Neurotype.”

Through exploring communication, language, and understanding, the team found the experience truly transformative. Their engagement, reflection, and openness to learning have been incredible. 🙌

This is just the beginning of a wider movement to help workplaces across Northern Ireland become ADHD-informed, inclusive, and empowering spaces for everyone.

The response has been incredible from we launched the ADHD service a year ago, with many organisations having already completed the workshops and new ones signing up and bookings confirmed well into the new year. These including major organisations and statutory agencies eager to take part in this growing movement.
