New beginner introduction to CrossFit begins Monday the 1st of may.
This course introduces you to all the movements we use in our main classes, helps you develop confidence and understanding of your personal fitness level, and how to improve it.
This course is aimed at people that have never done anything like CrossFit before or even used barbells in a gym setting so set your nerves aside 😁.
It will run 3 days a week and have you burning fat and build strength and cardio fitness to develop a more balanced and toned body.
