“Having known Francesca for a number of years with yoga, relaxation and tropic. I had the pleasure of enjoying a winter warmer - restore and glow.
This consisted of:
Neck and shoulder massage
Hot towel double cleanse
Sculpting facial massage
Hydrating face mask
Relaxing foot massage
Tension relieving scalp massage

Francesca always shows the passion for what she does. This impacts the overall effect of any treatment which is given in a client/professional capacity.

I felt so good after this treatment which is great value for money and gives amazing results in how you feel afterwards.

I would highly recommend this if you have not tried it before. I will be looking out for the next one and take advantage of the offer for this is what I would call personal touch combination.

Gentle movement followed by relaxation, a winning combination ❤️

Come & join me for my Stretch, Rest & Reset class on Saturday 27th April from 3-5pm

It’s your chance to take sometime out for your self-care.

The two hour restorative class comprises of gentle stretch - mainly all floor based work using lots of props to support the body (so suitable for all levels)

This will be followed by a sleep based meditation to rejuvenate the mind & body.

It will take place at Ignite gym in Cuffley
