The application of sports massage, prior to and after exercise, may enhance performance, aid recovery and prevent injury. It focuses on enhancing circulation, increasing tissue elasticity and reducing muscle tension.

Dry needling is designed to target myofacial trigger points. It helps decrease muscle tightness, increase blood flow and reduce pain. During this treatment very fine needles are inserted into trigger points or surrounding areas of the treatment site.
Dry needling is amazing for people experiencing muscular soreness/tightness or restricted range of movement.
