✨ Let Me (Re)Introduce Myself ✨

Hey loves, I’m Jac (aka Betsy) 🩷

I’ve got 26 years’ experience working with people — supporting those who’ve experienced sexual trauma, childhood trauma, domestic abuse, offending behaviour, and all the complexities that come with being human.

As a Senior Practitioner specialising in sexual trauma, my work has always been rooted in compassion, understanding, and deep healing.

I originally studied Fashion at uni, before going on to study Social Work & Psychology — and honestly, I’ve been studying ever since because I’m endlessly fascinated by the mind, energy, and how we heal. 🩷

These days, I blend all of that into deeply trauma-informed, holistic spaces — combining Reiki, spirituality, and inner child work to help women feel safe, seen, and reconnected to their true selves. ✨

Because whether it’s a past-life wound or a present-day trigger, I truly believe — it can be healed.

Reprocessing the Emotional Label Attached to Trauma 🧠🫶🏾✨🪽

When we’re healing, it’s never just about talking it through, we’re going deeper. In my sessions, we revisit the root of what’s holding you back. That might mean journeying to an early memory, an inner child moment, or even a past life experience, wherever that emotion first attached itself to your story, that’s where we go ✨

Our senses often hold the key; a scent, a sound, a taste, or a vision can instantly transport you back to that exact moment, as if it’s happening today. That’s not your imagination, that’s your body inviting you to release what it’s been holding - we can do this during a reiki session, or a talking session.

With my background in Mindfulness, Psychotherapy Counselling, Therapeutic Coaching, Usui & Angelic Reiki, and as a Reiki Master Teacher who specialises in Limiting Belief Work, I hold space for deep emotional and energetic transformation. Together, we gently reprocess the emotional label attached to your trauma, meeting it with compassion, safety, and understanding.

This isn’t about reliving the pain, it’s about returning to the root with light, love, and awareness and the safety of doing this, being held, in a safe space, guided by myself so you can finally free yourself from the weight of the past and step into your power once more 🫶🏾

Our little women’s group 🌸

Yesterday, our (very) little women’s group met for the first time — and it was bloody lush. ‘Overwhelmed’ appeared to be a theme, and it’s no surprise with the obsession with perfection around the ideal Instagram Post for Halloween, the Boo basket reels we’re seeing, the pressures we face daily 🫶🏾

We sipped herbal tea and let the conversation flow — all the real stuff we deal with daily. We talked about what it feels like to be a woman, a mum, working (or not working), late neurodivergent diagnoses and what that means, our childhoods and how they’ve shaped us… you name it, we went there.

There were a few tears, lots of giggles, and most of all, we were heard. No judgement, no fixing — just space to be real, to offload what we sometimes hold as women.

Our next one is Tuesday at 10am 💕
Right now there’s no set agenda — we’re just finding our feet — but I’ll soon arrange some more focused discussions.
