Relaxing isn’t just about collapsing on the sofa at the end of a long day (although, it often feels that way when we're busy). It’s something quieter than that. It’s the moment when your mind softens… your shoulders drop… and you reconnect with that deeper sense of calm within you 🤍

For many of us, that’s the very first step back to ourselves.
