✨ This week in Pilates… Magic Circle Week ✨
This week we’re working with the magic circle — a brilliant prop for finding deep strength, control and connection. Expect that satisfying Pilates burn as muscles switch on, posture improves and everything feels a little more supported and intentional.
We’ll be using the ring to:
• Build strength without impact
• Improve alignment and body awareness
• Add challenge in a controlled, mindful way
• Wake up those deep stabilising muscles 🔥
We’ll also be finishing each class with a short guided switch-off — a couple of minutes to slow the breath, settle the nervous system and leave feeling calm, grounded and reset.
