This week in class we’re slowing things down and going deeper 🤍
We won’t be doing lots of different exercises - instead, we’ll be breaking a few key movements right down and gently layering in the weighted ball to add support and subtle challenge.
The focus will be on:
• Control over speed
• Precision in alignment
• Deep core connection
• Feeling the difference a small weight can make
Sometimes it’s not about doing more… it’s about doing less, better. The weighted balls will simply help you find a little more awareness, a little more strength, and a little more depth in each movement.
