Turns out I didn’t have ‘bad skin’ at all, I just didn’t have a plan.

What changed?

A plan, medical grade skincare, advanced facials to target my concerns and focussing on nutrition and my skin started clearing.

Years later my acne has stayed under control and the odd breakout doesn’t phase me, I know what my triggers are and how to deal with it all.

Your skin isn’t ‘bad’ it’s just responding to something, you just need the right guidance and a plan to heal your skin. ✨

April is Rosacea Awareness month - rosacea is an inflammatory skin condition which is becoming more common.

Managing rosacea is a case of managing triggers which are commonly heat, sun exposure, stress, alcohol and spicy foods and calming the skin, reducing inflammation through skincare products.

SPF is a non negotiable for anyone but especially with rosacea as UV exposure just worsens symptoms.

Excited to announce that I’ve added a new location in Exeter which is open for bookings!

From May I will be doing a couple of Friday’s at the lovely which is a great location with lots of free street parking AND even better there is such a lovely little coffee shop next door.

Acne isn’t something that will just go away overnight, it takes time and consistency and patience.

It’s never just a skin issue, it affects our confidence and how we go about our day and be in the world 🌍.

My lovely client has had a bit of a journey with her skin and now the inflammation is calmed and the acne breakouts are starting to get under control which is great news 👏

You can see in the photos how much the inflammation has calmed and the angry, painful breakouts have pretty much cleared with just the odd few new ones.

There’s some PIE (post inflammatory erythema) left over from the breakouts which is very common and we can begin to tailor the next steps to target this whilst keeping her skin maintained.

I can’t wait to see her progress over the next few months ✨

➡️ Give you a complicated 10 step + routine there’s really no need. Simple is best and easy to stay consistent with. All you need are a few targeted yet multi tasking products and we can target multiple concerns at once 👏.

➡️ Judge you for falling asleep - when my clients fall asleep during their treatments I know I’ve done my job properly! What an honour it is that your body feels safe to fall asleep in my presence. 🥰

➡️ Recommend things that you don’t need - a BIG fat no no. if things are already working in your routine, let’s keep them and just tweak and enhance where is needed.

➡️ Pressure you into buying skincare or treatments - NOPE 👎 I may be running a business but I don’t force sales. I’m here to help you with your skin, if you want to invest in your skin you will on your own accord.

➡️ Stop learning - I truly believe the moment people think they know it all is the moment in which they are clueless and know nothing 🤣 things are always being updated and I love that I can learn something new everyday. I’m always updating my skills, gaining new knowledge from books or clinical studies & white papers. 📝

My lovely friend & client already has great skin as you can see 🤭 she looks after it very well with a great medical grade skincare routine using

After a few recent hormonal breakouts she wanted a little skin boost and deep cleanse.

We did a bespoke facial which included the IsClinical Fire & Ice resurfacing treatment to rapidly resurface and increase cell renewal and deep cleanse the pores helping to combat breakouts and post breakout marks followed by some extractions on any blackheads and trapped sebum.

Some facial massage and a Déesse Pro Sculpta session combining all 3 modalities: EMS, Red Light Therapy & Radiofrequency to increase collagen production, lift and tone the muscles and rebuild and restore.
