Wellbeing Day | Saturday 16th May

Take a full day just for you.

Step away from the noise, the to-do lists, the constant rushing…

and spend the day in a calm, supportive space designed to help you slow down, breathe, and reset.

Located on the outskirts of Exeter,
in a beautiful, private Grade II listed National Trust setting.

Easy, free parking and surrounded by open fields and horses
tucked away at the end of a long private drive.



✨ What your day includes:

• Extended yoga session with

• Deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra with Carrie McMillan

• Time in our beautiful spa (hot tub, sauna, ice bath)

• Herbal teas & hot drinks throughout

• A nourishing lunch

• Time to relax in our green room and simply be

Amy will gently guide the day with her calm, supportive style, helping you feel completely at ease - whether you’ve done many retreats before or this is your first.

After years of exercising, I still find it hard to stay consistent. Back when I kept strict training journals, I’d often write at the top of the page.

START AGAIN

Back then it meant disappointment, failure, “ I need more discipline”, just a general sense of being hard on myself.

Now I see it differently and this is what I share with my clients.

Consistency isn’t about being perfect. It’s not about getting it right every single day. It’s about being in a place where you can keep coming back,again and again, without judgement, without pressure.

Because yes you will have low motivation days, you will have low energy days and you will lose momentum; but that’s not failure.

That’s just being human.

The real work is learning not to abandon yourself in those moments, not to beat yourself up for a perceived lack of perfection.

It’s not about fixing your consistency. It’s about changing the way you relate to yourself when you lose it.

So now when I write START AGAIN at the top of the page, it comes with a compassion, an understanding and a determined willingness just to begin again.

Led by Amy Blythe ⭐️

This six-week strength and movement group is for women in midlife who want to feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies again - now, and for decades ahead.

This isn’t about chasing a past version of yourself or pushing through pain.

It’s about building functional strength and healthy movement patterns that support real life: lifting, bending, balancing, walking, dancing, and moving with ease. The kind of strength that helps you feel steady, resilient, and confident through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.

💚 It’s about creating the best version of you - strong, energised, empowered and grounded. 💚

We move away from “no pain, no gain”, pressure to perform, comparison and judgement. You’ll be guided in a small, supportive group (just six women) where you’ll develop strength that helps you feel steady, resilient, and confident through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.

As we move through our 40s, 50s and 60s, the why behind exercise changes. It’s no longer just about how we look or how fast we go - it’s about the life we want to live.

Keeping our hearts healthy, our bones strong, our mental wellbeing resilient and our energy high, so we can stay independent and live fully for years to come.

So what do we really need in this season of life?

⭐️ Movement - freedom, flow, heart health.

⭐️ Joy - laughter, lightness, connection.

⭐️ Strength - bone health, balance, power.

⭐️ Optional cardio bursts to gently lift the heart rate.

⭐️ Followed by stillness to rest, reset, and ground.

Just one hour to strengthen your body, lift your mood, and invite your joy.

This year I have hosted my wellness retreats in alignment with the change of season. Each retreat has been different but equally restful and nourishing.

As we move towards the shortest day, the longest night and the Winter Solstice, I’d love to invite you to join me at the final retreat of this traditional year.

My Winter Solstice Retreat from Home, is time to rest, relax and reflect on the year that’s gone! Preparation for the festivities!
