What an amazing and festive sight at Waterloo Cross today, with Santa’s on a Bike gathering by the Waterloo Cross pub opposite Waterloo Court. A brilliant idea for a great cause.

EPIC are delighted to announce a collaboration with Peninsula Medical Practice, a new, GP led private healthcare practice recently opened at no. 1, Waterloo Court, just off junction 27 of M5.

They provide accessible, personalised medical care including GP consultations, blood tests, health checks, minor procedures, and men’s and women’s health services. The team at Peninsula Medical Practice are supporting EPIC by offering local, friendly and flexible access to blood testing and other investigations for children and young people where needed to support our pathways of care, also general GP services to whole families.

Watch this space as we explore possibilities for even closer collaboration with the expansion into our new premises!

A huge thank you to our wonderful team of practitioners who came together for our Menopause Open Morning at Waterloo Court Health & Wellbeing Hub

It was a lovely morning, with special thanks to Dr Charlie Brough from Peninsula Private Medical, Sharon from The Menopause Wellness Centre , Claire from Nourish to Soar, and Emily Fraser AcuWelll sharing a common goal of supporting women through menopause with compassion, expertise, and choice.

If you weren’t able to make it, don’t worry our menopause services are available all year round. Whether you’d like to review your symptoms, explore HRT, or take a more holistic approach, we can help you find the right combination of medical and wellbeing support.

It’s been wonderful to see the energy and awareness this week, and we’re so pleased to be working alongside Sharon from The Menopause Wellness CentreThe Menopause Wellness Centre and Claire from Nourish to Soar to offer joined-up, compassionate support for women navigating menopause.

Join us between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm for a relaxed drop-in, a chance to meet the team, and short talks from our wellbeing partners.

It’s been such an inspiring week for Menopause Awareness Week 💜

I’ve been truly honoured to deliver two talks for a large UK employer who genuinely want to support their workforce - one session for women navigating menopause, and another for partners learning how to better support their loved ones.

I was completely blown away by both groups - the openness, the questions, and the willingness to learn. Knowing I’ve helped make a difference means so much.

Tomorrow, I’ll be at Court Health and Wellbeing Hub for our Menopause Open Day, where we’ll be officially launching our new Menopause Clinics!

It’s been a busy but incredibly valuable week - and I honestly love what I do.

We’re pleased to welcome Kerry Chamberlain, a mindfulness teacher with a background in health coaching and biological sciences, who is now offering 1:1 and group mindfulness sessions here at the hub.

Kerry offers a gentle, evidence-based approach to managing stress, anxiety, low mood, and long-term health conditions. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling with sleep or fatigue, or simply want to reconnect with yourself mindfulness can help.

You can join a structured 8-week programme, or drop in for individual sessions when needed all in a calm, supportive space designed to help you pause and reset.
