🤎Loyalty Cards
Receive 50% off your 11th treatment.
Discount applies to the SAME treatment booked or one of equal value.
Loyalty cards are non-transferable and have no
cash value.
🤎Payment policy
Cash is preferred & is payable at the end of your treatment before leaving.
Bank transfer is also accepted but must be completed before your appointment, this ensures everything is settled in advance & allows your appointment to
run smoothly.
Please ensure payment is made on time using one of the above methods as agreed on to avoid delays or follow-up reminders.
🤎Appointments & Arrival Times
Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your
appointment, If my curtains are closed, please
wait in your car & I will come & get you when I am ready for your appointment.
If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will be cancelled, as this impacts other clients & treatment times.
🤎Cancellation or Rescheduling
Please give at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours may incur a charge.
🤎Illness
Please do not attend if you are unwell or contagious.
Appointments will be rescheduled to protect your
health, other clients, & the treatment space.

🤎Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and can not be exchanged for cash.
